Shipping Way

Our dress products are deliverd by transnational express, like EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc. The dress shipping fee is calculated by weight. The package weight for our dresses is almost between 2kg-4kg.

 

Shipping Time

After your dress is tailored, it will take 3-7 working days for the package to travel from our facilities to your destination. The exact shipping time are based on the shipping company (EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard. By the way the tailor time will take 10-20 working days. So be sure to place your order as far as in advance of your special date. Maybe one month in advance or even more earlier is better.

 

Track The Shippment Of Your Dress

After we send out your dress, an automatic shippment email with the tracking number will be sent to the email address which you have used to place your order. In this email just get the tracking URL of the shipping courtier and tracking number, then you will see the latest update of your dress. In most cases, we send out the dress using EMS by default, so the tracking URL is : www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp

So please ensure you have given the right email address of yours so that you can receive the automatic shippment email from us, if you have not received the email in 3 days, you can just send us a email to service@promdresses4us.com asking for the shippment information, normally our service agent will reply you in 6-12 hours. and we suggest you choose a public email service provider like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail. Normally the dress will arrive in 5-10 days, but some time it will take some longer time because it is checked by the China Customs and the Customs of detination country, so please understand this situation if you have not received them in 5-10 days. You are always welcomed to talk with us about the delivery matters.

At the same time, you can also login your account to get the tracking number if you have not received the shippment email. Just Following the steps below:

  • 1. Click "Log in" on the right top corner of any webpage, and you will be taken to "My Account" dashboard page.
  • 2. Click "My Orders" on the left Menu, it will show you your recent orders.
  • 3. Click "View Order", you will be taken to the order detail page.
  • 4. Then click "Shipments" on the upper corner of the order detail page.
  • 5. You will see the tracking number on the bottom.

 

Order Status:

  • Processing: we have received the payment and the order has been sent to our fulfillment centers.
  • Complete: complete means we have sent the dress but not means the customer has received the dress.
